No appointment is necessary for routine wellness exams, vaccinations, or general care. Walk-ins are always welcome during regular business hours. However, appointments are required for surgeries and dental procedures.
Do you offer emergency veterinary services?
Yes, we accept walk-ins for urgent care during regular business hours. No appointment is needed for emergencies, but we recommend calling ahead when possible.

Do I need to bring medical records?
Be sure to bring any medical records and history with you for your pet wellness exams or appointments. It is a good idea to document your pet’s health history and behavioral shifts in a journal to share with the doctors at the veterinary clinic.
Where do I pick up prescriptions?
We have a convenient pharmacy in our clinic so you can pick up your prescriptions quickly and easily. Our pharmacy offers: medications, heartworm treatment, flea and tick heartworm pills, flea prevention, supplements and prescription dog and cat food.
When is payment due for my service?
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, care Credit, debit cards and Visa, MasterCard Discover or American Express. Our location is easy to find, we are located at 211 Chipman Rd, just west of Douglas Street in Lee’s Summit.
